Gucci Photo Authentication

If you have purchased a Gucci item and are unsure of its authenticity or are interested in purchasing a Gucci item from a site other than eBay, Castira can help you.

Simply click the "Pay now" button below to submit your payment. Email photo authentications for non-eBay websites and other purchases are $8 per item. Once payment is made, you will receive an email with instructions for submitting your personal photos or link to the item you want authenticated if it is being sold on a website other than eBay. You can expect a response from us within 48 hours, so if it is an auction make sure there are more than two days left when requesting authentication. Unfortunately, we do not authenticate vintage Gucci (styles over 30 years old). If the listing does not show the necessary detailed photos, we may be unable to determine authenticity. We can, however, recommend photos you should request from the seller and give our general impressions of the seller and auction. Any extra pictures you receive from the seller can be later submitted to us at no extra charge.

Finally, with the increasing number of very good Gucci fakes, it may be the case that authenticity cannot be determined without inspecting the item in person. We will inform you if this is the case and refund your payment.
